About The People Practice Group

Life transitions can be tough, but they don’t have to derail your employees' wellbeing or productivity. As a business leader, you can support your team through these challenges by understanding and addressing their unique needs, such as…

  • Parenthood: Employees might be adjusting to life after their last child heads to university, navigating the ups and downs of raising teenagers, or returning to work after parental leave.

  • Career Burnout: Some team members may be feeling overwhelmed by their current roles and need guidance to regain balance and motivation.

  • Re-entering the Workforce: Stay-at-home parents rejoining the workforce might need help rebuilding their confidence and finding their footing.

  • Personal Relationships: Employees dealing with relationship break-ups or other personal shifts might struggle with stress and a loss of identity.

These life challenges can leave employees feeling stuck, lost, or disconnected from their true selves. As a business leader, you have the opportunity to support your team through these transitions, helping them reclaim their joy, drive, and passion for life.

We give you all the support, guidance and resources so that you can help your employees reclaim their joy and drive, keeping them engaged and contributing to your organisation’s success.

Together, let’s create a work environment where every team member can thrive, no matter what life throws their way.

“I feel 100% confident that my career moving forward will only
flourish - I can be a successful working mum and still find valuable time for my family.”

What our clients say…

I worked with Hannah as I recognised taking on a new CEO role would feel challenging. I wanted to find someone external to my organisation to enable an independent perspective and one that would be different from the internal support received. Hannah has helped me focus the subject of each session and identify what may be my over-thinking and historical baggage on issues versus what is live now – this has been very liberating and helpful in focusing on what is the priority. The warmness of Hannah too helps to cultivate the relationship enough for me to feel as though I can be vulnerable in talking about my challenges, so that we can focus on the real issues at hand. She's been simply fantastic.

I would highly recommend Hannah for life coaching. I explored a professional career challenge recently and can honestly say that Hannah was a catalyst for change. This was all down to her innate ability to ask the right questions, listen objectively, understand what I was really saying and provide clarity. She gave me the framework and space to look within and come up with some “eureka” moments. The insights were then linked to some actions that ultimately helped me move past the underlying fears and thought distortions that were negatively impacting on my self-confidence and decision-making activities. In other words, she helped me focus on what the real challenges were, with insights into patterns that were holding me back and resolution of these issues. In addition, Hannah’s warmth, humour, insights and reassurance made the whole process rewarding and a pleasure.

Hannah is great, I highly recommend her. Through thought-provoking, amazing questioning Hannah makes you think differently about the topic you are discussing. Hannah also followed up with great session notes, and additional material to support the discussion. If you are thinking of a coach, look no further.

I chose to work with Hannah to have an independent party to speak to regarding ongoing life issues. I found her sessions inspiring and motivating whilst also challenging. Since beginning sessions with Hannah, I have started and finished multiple courses aimed at improving my career prospects whilst also improving my personal relationships. I would and have recommended Hannah to anyone looking for help and guidance.

I decided to see a Life Coach because I needed to make some changes in my life and I was feeling a bit directionless and struggling to motivate myself. Hannah has been fantastic from the off, and after a very short space of time I feel like I'm on the path to where I want to get to, whereas before I wasn't really on any path.

Hannah has helped me learn a lot about myself and change my outlook on many aspects of my life. This has helped declutter my mind and has enabled me to take a fresh look at things. As a result, I now have a plan, feel more energised, and feel like I'm finally moving in the right direction.

I'm so happy to be on the road again!

    Thank you, Hannah!

Hannah was excellent and has really helped me feel more positive and in control of my work life.

I liked Hannah's open and friendly approach and instantly felt a connection. Her summaries of our sessions were always spot on and really helped to solidify what we had discussed.

My coaching sessions helped me identify my values and feel more in tune with myself. They helped me to reconnect with my inner beliefs and have helped to recharge my motivation to succeed. I found the sessions very insightful, particularly when challenged on concepts like what does success mean to me

Hannah is very personable and engaging to talk to. She has a diverse skill set and is very adaptable to a wide range of scenarios. She listens very well and responds with accurate and poignant observations. This is also commendable, given the off-the-cuff and rambling nature of some of my emotional outbursts. Hannah was also able to help with constructively and progressively working through complex scenarios as I evaluated a new career direction.

She provided guidance and support through a challenging and transitional period. Also, revisiting valuable tools. Among my key objectives from outset, was to find direction and self-belief. This has been achieved with the start of my own company and getting out of the blocks.
